Watched the last episode of人体探险队today.

The topic is on how to increase the柔软度of ur body.

So how do we make sure we can do better in劈腿… legs stretch wider leh?
Method 1: Use rubber band tie around ur big toe and 2nd toe before u劈腿.
Method 2: Use each of ur leg to kick a chapteh 10times
Method 3: Stay in a骑马的姿势, then hit hard on ur inner thigh muscles before u劈腿.

I’m amazed by Dong Hae’s劈腿功力leh…he might be like 10+cm shorter than Si Won, but they both stretched ard 200cm!

2nd thing they experimented in was the柔软度of ur waist. The yoga instructor demonstrated a蚂蚱姿势(whereby u趴住on the flr, both hands lie straight stick to floor and u lift both ur legs high up). Sung Min’s super flexible…whereas Ye Sung and Ki Bum wouldn’t as gd. Dong Hae most suay la…Kang In pulled his pants off again lol!

1 thing to determine ur “body age”…bend urself down and see if ur hands can touch the flr. If ur palm touches the floor, ur got a “20yrs old de body”; if fingers can touch… “30yrs old de body”, and if ur hands and the flr is like ard 10cm apart, u got a “40yrs old de body”. More than 10cm de difference means u got a body age of like 50yrs old le la!

*Eun Hyke very suay… he got pulled down pants the 2nd time by Dong Hae! 1st is Kang In started this thing…now Dong Hae joins in~ ah so dangerous ah haha!*

To increase the柔韧性of ur waist…
1. Dance the“章鱼舞”…dun get all tensed up, must relax. (It looks like kind of a gorilla dance to me…whereby u relax ur body muscles de ba lol.)
2. Press ur finger into in between ur肋骨(rib cage there) and massage. (The look of it already makes me feel “itchy” haha.)

*Kang In says he really wants to pull Si Won’s pants down…Ki Bum did it for him le! Haha…the “perfect image guy” Si Won ah~*

*Well, Si Won wanted to revenge so he sneaked behind Kang In, wanted to pull his pants down yet failed! So paiseh la~*

Last test is for SJ members to try to squeeze the whole of themselves into a 58cm by 53cm by 53cm de box. Ye Sung and Si Won both squeezed in successfully wor! Kang In actually made the box split open cos he too big-sized for it haha!

Went to Success Agency to sign the contract for work...till 31st May. Then met HL...she went This Fashion to get herself a pair of formal pants. Well, I will too but nt at the moment. Then met Pat and WZ to eat at Carl's Junior. Pat and I shared the Burger King Buddy meal...I had the fish burger. The tender chicken nt bad...tasted somehow like nugget.

We caught the movie "Leap Years" at The Cathay.
Nt the kind of催泪弹的电影...
It's nt a fairytale, nor is it true...wat can I say? But I think this is definitely the kind of story that a writer can come up with.
A promise, once in 4yrs...*even Cowherd and his girl's more fortunate than this...they get to meet once a yr!*
2 very "lit" de ppl met, and got connected with one another. Li Ann has been looking for this man of his life, since the fortune-teller told her about her fate years ago. She's born on 29th Feb...and by coincidence, *shows are shows, aren't they?* she met this guy called Jeremy.
1st time they met, she was 24. Sweet night for her. He understood her msg, and they chatted things that are "proses-alike" haha. *If the guy no墨水ah~*
2nd yr, she already almost gave up...but things went sort of "climax" for the 2, then downhill again. She oso lost KS, the one who has been standing by her all along...broke his heart u see.
3rd time, 32-yr old Li Ann braved up a front, lied to Jeremy said she's married...Jeremy didn't blurt out his heart to her either.
4th time...36 yrs old Li Ann gets married on 29th Feb, but she isn't happy at all. KS read out Jeremy's love letter to her on her wedding, her husband-to-be was kinda大方... he let her go.

The movies shot using the flashback method...about 48-yr old Li Ann telling of her past to Jeremy's daughter, Dyllan, whom she adopted after being together with Jeremy. Jeremy went into a coma, but luckily woke up in the end.
I was thinking...such a romantic plot...it could have happened in Paris, in Perth, in Switzerland or anywhere esle in the world...but somehow kind of ironic when this happens in SG. People here have a way too hectic life schedule for us to indulge in such写意de lifestyle or romance life. Maybe that's why we go for such movies huh? To relax.

I love the songs to bits! Mostly sung by Corrine May, her voice definitely suits Jazz songs and its so comfortable and suitable for the movie...bonus to the storyline. I reckon both Qi Yu Wu and the Thai male lead looks gd inside...juz the male lead looks kind of颓废haha. Oh yeah! WZ, HL and Pat all very envious of the 4 gals' friendship in the movie...yeah they were together for like so many yrs and still best of mates! *Hope 4-in-love lasts too!*
