南大事件之DOC大判决
Went for NTU's Chi course orientation today. Many met up together at Pioneer and went to sch together. The seniors were kinda welcoming... intro-ed NTU to us on the bus.
WT, MT and I went to join in our grp -- Police Tactical Unit (PTU)（机动部队）. They were hiding "secretively" on the top somewhr further away from other grps lol. All of us did a round of self-intro.... if I din rmb wrongly: YX, LH, HW, JY, YY, MT, WT, ZF, YF, WS, RX, SH, LT, ZJ and WT... plus me 16 freshies in all sia. Leaders for my team were YH, WH and a gal I forgot her name haha.
Then, all of us went into LT24 for the briefing. The theme was already kinda intriguing... with the "solve crime thingy" gg on haha. Set off for our mass dance 1st, at the new HSS building. Dance to罗志祥's “撑腰”... nice song. Mass dance wasn't diff actualli, but for weak dancers like me... of cos muz have a leader la haha. RX was my partner... oh and one part the partner had to hold ur waist... and我怕痒la haha.
Had lunch... so-so.
Set off for our 1st station for the "murder case of钱百万”. There were 5 stations in all, in tut rms. 1st rm was the "murder scene" whr the dead body lies. There were like alarm clock, battery, medicine bottle and some documents including credit card bill, 钱百万and the 2 守门警卫's纪录for 2 days (what they did), email to warn钱百万of his assisstant, 王七, 遗嘱etc. After 5mins, we went to the 2nd rm. It was instigation rm.... we watched a vid of how the police盘问the suspected culprits: 2守门警卫、王七、赵美琪 (钱百万's未婚妻）、孙先生（钱百万's best buddy）and阿桂（钱百万's 患有精神病的maid）. 3rd rm showed us a secret vid of those culprits. 4th rm... we would choose to question the culprits haha. 5th rm was the one that we had to re-enact the scene of crime based on our推理. MT, WS and WT acted out the roles haha... WS was kinda funny... he gt "flung off" after a "weak punch" from MT lol.
Then, we began the games section. 1st was a “12宫格”game. All members had to memorise the sequence in which grids to stand (one at one grid at a time)... and we were all supposed to hold hands haha. Climb chair, take bottles, do ballet pose, stand on one leg blah haha. We took 10mins to finish sia~
2nd rm was guess甲骨文字. We were supposed to write the words using a brush (5ppl hold onto one brush using strings)... then guess lor. I guessed“禾”correctly lol.
3rd rm was比手画脚guess the words. We gt 19/30 o~ kinda fast for like few mins haha. I'm better at guessing, definitely nt比手画脚.
Last rm was using characters from newspapers and mags to write a msg for the murderer haha. Crap la ours was. Anyway, it seems we did the "Nobody dance" (led by WH) and“国记交易所”'s theme song dance (led by MT) haha. We looked like chicken flapping our feathers... “鸡”动sia lol.
Went for mass dance part 2. "P-ked" other teams haha. Well, nice try for me la. Learnt a new dance... which was cute and fun.
Back to LT for our prize giving ceremony. Our team won the“金田二奖”for being creative in our推理lor haha. Prize was a mechanical pencil and mini stapler for everyone. Leader YH wanted all of us to go down and take photo together... haha other grps din wor~ except for the overall champ CID team la. MT won the "Best individual pose award" lol... graceful sia~ "Best individual dancer" was awarded to WS... this guy... kind of high one haha. Saw "backstage vid" of how the how e orientation was prepared... hard work by seniors sia!
Everyone was tired by the end of the day. JY, MT, WS and I went to take bus home. I realise many of my OG mates are“东方人” (stay in east area la haha) and so they stay hostel mostly.
Vomitted all my dinner at night. Mum say's it's heatiness in the body. It's been more than 10yrs since I last vomit leh. Really dislike the feeling and "smell" omg.
Pray I'll be alright for lesson tml morning!
