MT's 25th bday celebration
Skipped HC203's lec on weds morning cos was feeling lazy u see... lol. Went JP and gt Choco fudge cake for MT's bday celebration. Headed straight to the benches outside LT22 cos YQ was waiting for me there. Poor gal was waiting alone haha cos all the others went for HC205's tut. *SS was so obvious with the presents she brought to sch la~ and yet somehw MT din notice lol!*
So the bday surprise begins on a sunny Weds afternoon haha... oh yeah big thks to XY and SS for taking photos haha. Let's start with "preparation"...

After HC205's lec today, went LKC LT to meet Lynn... for the HSS Idol concert 2010. Was there to do a“观摩”... for my upcoming one haha. Janice and ZL sang“祝我生日快乐”, while KY sung“不痛”for the competition. Another Chinese yr 2 senior, MX, sung“真的” and she won 1st prize... hmm but honestly, her rendition was oni average for me.
ZL was kind of nervous... could see from his actions haha, but then again he does hav a distinctive voice... 嘶哑的声音. Janice's voice is nice...饱满、漂亮. I dunno much about合音but I tot they did quite well, except tat their MMO was really soft in the beginning. As for KJ... I dun think the song was for her... somehw it din showcase her voice, like LW said.
茶倪思band performed 2 songs after tat, in which ZL and MC sang“少年” while KJ and YB did“掉了”. MC's talking voice sounds quite nice in the mic... and he was blabbering away onstage lol. The 2 guy did kinda nice... and hmm MC's voice sounds louder and thicker than ZL's. “掉了”was the right song! *KJ shld hav used tat in the competition though.* YB harmonised well.
I voted for ZL and Janice, though they din win haha, but I tot their efforts were already commendable. Oh and btw, prof Phua gt the "Fav Professor award" in the Chinese division! Yeah he deserves it... cos the way he talked, he taught... simply "fatherly" LOL!
*Hmph! The person won't let me choose the colour for the tees they gave us.*

And MT "proudly" showcases off the presents we gt her on the spot... “豪气”haha! 2 tops + jacket + ladies' bag! Thk god she was really surprised by us~ woo!
After tat, I went lib to look for reference books to start reading for the preparation of the start of HC230's essay, to be handed in in early Apr.
Caught this vid showing 2PM + 2AM members dancing to "Abracadabra" and "Gee"... Jo Kwon was really "irritating" sia~
