Beautiful fireworks
*Wow… I’m nt the only one in the whole wide world who wants to be an ant yeh!*
Met Pat at JP, had MOS Burger for lunch. On the way to sch saw HL, Pat was calling out to her *almost shouting*…but she couldn’t hear cos she BLAST her mp3 music~
Handed in my report! PHEW…left with the last burden (ppt) now. Waited for WZ while her grp rehearsed for their ppt nex mon.
Went to City Hall, had dinner at New York New York. Lucky us... got our seats really fast, even though there was quite a queue. Oh… I like the tomato and seafood pasta *I really like saucy seafood pasta*~ HL, WZ & Pat find buffalo wings nice but I thought it was fine…skin a bit too oily + thick. Ginger bread was crispy and nice though. The 3 oso had their fair share of childhood days there: candy floss! Lol…fine…I don’t like stuffs that are too sweet.
Was deciding to watch fireworks or play arcade. Well, they chose fireworks in the end. I was fine with either one, cos I’m not too much of a “fireworks-person”, so even if it means missing it, it’s ok. Arcade…bad thing is we need to spend $$$~haha!
We were beside the Marina Floating Platform, just beside. Reached there at 8pm, chatting away for more than an hr. But well, Lady’s Luck is watching over us tonight! Our view was superb, wonderful, and spectacular! The fireworks were right before us~WOW!
The 15mins fireworks (minus ard 3mins of grand spotlight shining here and there) were presented by the Spain team. Pat said it was better than the NDP fireworks. Yes, there were too many designs…and we were all busy turning our heads here and there, nt wanting to miss out on those beautiful sparks…lol There were designs like planet (Jupitar), Heart shape, “水上流星” and more! Very beautiful! Some reminded me of Harry Potter…haha. Well, I like those that rocketed to the sky…whoosh! Of course, you’d hear screaming and exclamations when there were series of continuous fireworks sparkling before the audience’s eyes!
15mins of beauty…worth it.
