The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
The brilliant performance by David Cook on American Idol Season 8 Finale... "Permanent". Finally found it on youtube~
Juz rewatched some parts of American Idol Season 8 Finale and I think I'm kind of addicted to this happy country song by Keith Urban... "Kiss A Girl". He performed it with Kris Allen... woo.
Watched "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" part 2 and juz finished it at ard 1.25am. The whole show was 3.5hrs long sia~
Even more wars in this movie. Some effects were so dynamic... I was "Wohh..."ing thru it haha. Aragorn is a total leader... he's juz charismatic in the show haha. Legola's pupil changes colour nw and then... black, green, blue... I mean elves can change their eye colours o? Anyway, Gimli and him were like brothers... somehw at loggerheads yet true friends to each other. Liked their "bickerings" during the war haha.
Merry and Pippin finally "persuaded" (I shldn't use the word trick or lure la... cos Pippin actualli led the Ent tree to seeing how Saruman was destroying them.) the Ents to go to war. Somehow I couldn't stand the really "ah-pek speed" when the Ents speak lol.
I liked how Gollum became the nice Smeagol halfway thru the show. I mean it's funny hw he has split personality and starts talking to itself. Sadly towards the end, Gollum comes back again... haiz.
The lead casts were like being split into 3 grps... embarking on the journey to fight with the Dark. Yet, the joining of scenes were done rather well, in the sense tat if u rmbed part 1 of the movie well, u would hav no prob understanding this.
